The Green Tara is one from 21 Tara Deities, and is the female Boddhisattva. As a female Buddha, She is known as the ‘Mother of Liberation’. She is a very popular deity and so is her practice and represents virtues of success and remover of obstacles. She is understood as different aspects of the same qualities, as bodhisattvas are often considered personification of Buddhist methods.
