Cancellation, Return & Exchange Policy

1)  In honour of the hard work of our handloom weavers, craftswomen and traditional artisans who have hand-made these products with much warmth and dedication, we do not entertain random ‘Cancellation of Orders’ and arbitrary ‘Return’ of products, once sold from this website. However, we do actively facilitate ‘Exchange’ of products on request from our esteemed customers with reasonable grounds.

2)  To request for an ‘Exchange’, please feel free to call us at the mobile telephone nos. (+91) 83369 96175 or (+91) 83369 92546, or email to us at the email id: [email protected] within 48 hours of receiving the product. We shall contact you to review your complaint. If an exchange is agreed, you will receive a Discount Code within the next 2 working days, redeemable within 3 months at any of our retail stores or this online portal. We shall not be able to exchange if you tamper with the product and the accompanying tags and documents.

3)  Return or Exchange of our Heritage Delicacies and other Consumable items will not be accepted.
